For low back pain , you can use lumber corset that will support your back, reduce load on spine and relief pain. You should also consult with neurologist and Orthopedic surgeon.

if back pain is from long time pls Get MRI LS spine too.
on xray L5- S1 space is not good.
also get evaluated by Dr, to keep an eye on red flags.
