I have tendonitis on the left shoulder. sometimes i feel pain around chest and arm. I get worried thinking may be it's related to the heart.. how can we differentiate heart and muscle pain? thanks

it was diagnosed tendonitis and inflammation. Tried exercises but not working so doctor suggested injection as another option
