Hi, My height is 5 feet. I want to grow my height and my age is 20. What should I do? Is it possible to grow my height now? If I go for limb lengthening surgery, will it help in growing my height?

Cosmetic Limb Lengthening is a lengthy and complex process and may take more than a year depending on how much lengthening is aimed and if the process is interrupted by complications or not. Secondly, as extra height is the aim so it leads to disproportionately shorter arms and that may actually look strange.
It is (cosmetic limb lengthening) a serious decision and most orthopaedic surgeons with experience do not recommend it.
