I have radius surgery before two years ,doctor put plate inside arm,now should I again surgery to remove that plate or not?

Yes get an xray and it would have healed better remove it
Preferably it should be removed after 18 24 months. But first you need to get fresh xrays to confirm radiological and clinical union( fracture healing)
