I have radius surgery before two years ,doctor put plate inside arm,now should I again surgery to remove that plate or not?
Yes get an xray and it would have healed better remove it
Preferably it should be removed after 18 24 months. But first you need to get fresh xrays to confirm radiological and clinical union( fracture healing)

in normal plate don't disturb me ,but when I get to work hard then pain cause

if not bothering u . leave it
better to have it removed. the screw holes are stress risers and can result in accidental fracture in face of fall. you can come to me for needful

if plate not causing any problem...then you can leave it
get an xrays and then get rid of it ...u r young ..u will have a feeling for life that a plate is there inside ...its actually pinches one's brain 🧠otherwire no harm if it remains there ...
