Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Pain In Both Heels
Asking For Other, Male 31, Lahore
Hello Doctor,
I am suffering from extreme pain in both the heels. I cannot even walk. I cannot see any swelling as well.
I have been suffering from this pain from last 2 weeks.
Please let me know what could be the reasons.

Plantar fascitis or achilles tendinitis are the two most common causes. An orthopaedic review is required.
Please check your shoe wears and discard hard soles
change inner soles
take pain killer which suits you
if no relief then book an appointment

It can be because of high Serum Uric Acid level or any Calcaneal spur

if you recently changed your activity level, heels can get painful called plantar fascitis.
also get uric levels, another common reason in Pakistan.
Most of the causes of heel pain can be treated with medication, exercises and appropriate shoe wear. Pain in both heels and especially severe in the morning is largely from planter fascitis. You should consult an orthopaedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
