Pain At Right Knee Joint Off & On

Dear doctor, my daughter 20 year unmarried. feel pain on right knee off & on since 6 months even without walk. so did MRI & report attached. do we go for surgery or just be in medicine. please advise ????

Her age and MRI report, most likely, suggest a benign bone growth and removing it surgically is usually curative. Of course, she should be properly examined with xrays and MRI to make decision and about kind of surgery indicated.
