Aoa. M having patella issue. Dr prescribed me berica once a day nuberol Fort twice nd osnate d twice . Also told knee exercise with ankle weight. M taking medicine since 4 weeks now my BP is going down. Dil bethna shuru ho jata ha. Bp chk kro to 100/70 can u tell me the reason? Kia medication waja ha?

there could be many issues with patella .It would need assessment . Extreme pain can also cause low BP. Although in our countries dehydratiob due to dr warm weather is the most common cause of low BP. you should drink a lot of water. could be Berica.Nuberol forte has paracetamol inside.
stop taking painkillers, do some physiotherapy and then followup with orthopaedic doctor
