back pain is due to vit deficiency dont think of this disc..do back physion .avoid heavy work .modify your actvities

it would be better to share films of MRI. according to this report you have mild disc bulge. for which you should mainly concentrate on physiotherapy and life style modifications. also u have hemangioma of the vertebra which is a benign thing. not need to worry if size is small and not causing any risk to other structures by side.

it was better if i had a look at the MRI but as per report you have muscle spasm and your spine got straight which should have been curved to function properly. 2ndly the MRI reports are false 70% in back pain & sciatica cases which means 7 or 8 out of 10 people may have these changes who have no symptoms which means you can not trust MRI for the cause of your symptoms. very rightly the above doctors advised physiotherapy or even just simple exercises and painkiller with muscle relaxant as needed not on regular bases please. take care and stay blessed ameen
