dear dr i have cracking sound in my left kner when i sit down. even during prayer when i goes down. this is not simple sound that we usually feel but its like two bones friction. i want to perform some tests before visiting doctor. please suggest some tests and good doctor in lahore near jail road. please admin post my query as my many queries are pending.

get a digital xray knee joint ap and lateral views in standing position. and visit orthopedics SURGEON.
Get a lateral and AP view X ray nd consult with Physiotherapist.
Please get a X-ray of knee and take appointment through marham for proper treatment

As you are 30 years old and you started to have cracking sound in knee without any accident or fall so you should be first examined by an orthopaedic surgeon as there may be no need to expose you for xrays and diagnosis and treatment may be initiated after examination.
