there is no injury or other such issue. I was wondering if there is any deficiency of calcium/vitamin d etc which may be the reason behind it. Or is it normal as you said.

there can be normal sounds like have joints crack.
there can be some underlying problem which needs examination and tests.
get a standing ap + lateral xray of your knee to start with.

Thank you for asking question. Cracking sound in knee is not significant for any disease. However if you got pain in knee then you need to get checked by orthopaedic doctor meanwhile you can do exercise to make your thigh muscles strong.

Aur ab Barhta ja raha hai
namaz main cracking sounds hota hai
aur ab to chalte phrte bi hota hai
main is ki waja se bahut zeyada preshan hn

thori warzish kia karu. aik dafa clinic mai check up kerwao aur kuch blood tests.
