She had a fracture unable to stand and walk we got the first opinion from orthopedic surgeon and adviced for surgery. Looking forward for second opinion and advice .

when hip bone is fractured, surgery gives best result. she can start walking next day and good recovery.
you can leave it without operation but she will be in pain for long time and will not be able to walk for few weeks.
