It could be inflammation of the tissues of the heel called PLANTAR FASCIITIS. This has to be dealt by Orthopaedic Surgeon may be by injection *3 after seeing you and getting some XRAYS and tests.
If heels are cracked and there are wounds, see a skin specialist.
Dear send pic of exact location.mostly it’s plantar fasciitis .rest ,massage with heat or ice.take painkiller.u will get relief.if not then injection.use glycerin on foot .
