Asking for Mother, Female, 60 years old, Faisalabad
Patient Age 60 years old female diagnosed with Endometrial CA Stave IV with Extensive DVT in right leg. Chemo couldnt be administrated as patient got panicked. Patient is Bed Bound for last 1 month. recently she started experiencing pain in lower back . Initially VOLTRAL EMULGEL was tried outside and it gave a bit of relief.. later VOREN injection was tried and it gave temporarily relief for like 10-12 hours. its 3rd day we are trying VOREN and now the pain gets back in 10-12 hours. is there any pain killer injection which is more effective for instant pain relief and put the patient to sleep. as patient is unable to sleep due to pain. Thank you

Need evaluation by doing physical examination and X-rays of lumbosacral spine to know the cause of pain. For time being Try tablet tonoflex-p two time a day.capsule pgb-neo(pregabalin) 75mg at night , Voltral emulgel 2% three times a day. I hope I will help

The best advice honourable doctors have given the only thing I will add is if any of the attendent can keep the lower back warm with heat pad multiple times if it works ok otherwise better get the patient examine by a senior doctor who is expert in dealing with these cases

Hi, since she is bed ridden, you have to follow protocol of bed ridden pt. you need to turn her on side every 2 to 3 hrs, let her sit , check back and hips for any wound/ pressure ulcer, proper nursing care will reduce requirement of pain killers. Thanks
Age 60 with endometrial CA stage 4.. Lower back pain might be due to metastasis of tumor.. She needs palliative treatment.. But heavy pain killers like nalbuphine needs monitoring.. Had any workup done for metastasis?

we are giving VOREN and dicloran every 24 hours which works for 12-14 hours.
