Please have a look at the fracture and inform what is the best treatment for recovery. currently he is wearing a sling arm to immobilize his shoulder. No POP or surgery done. it happened 2 days ago

sir I have broken collar bone from midshift but it is healing wrong , this makes me tention kindly refer me what should I do , I am wearing sling from last 6 weeks
