back pain from two months bht medican li not improvement kafi doctors ko dikhaya scan bi krwaya doctor ny kaha physio theropy krwao or belt pehnu but zara sa aram nhy aya wo kehtay jst mohro mn thora sa farq hy
Many thanks for asking our opinion. I am sorry to hear that you have been suffering with back pain for 2 months. Your treatment may be decided by the type and severity of pain and how much it’s impacting on your day to day life. Is the pain going down your legs and do you have any numbness or weakness in legs or private parts. What did scan show and what type of scan you had, I guess it was MRI scan. Physiotherapy is a recommended treatment for most kind of back pains but use of belt is not recommended. I would like to suggest you book an appointment so things may be discussed in detail to offer you appropriate treatment. I hope you find this reply useful and I would be happy to help you further with this matter. May Allah bless us with best of health and Imaan. Best wishes

X-ray suggest narrowing of L5/S1 disc space hence treatment depends on symptoms you have. Please answer all my questions so that I may help you further but considering pain has not resolved for last 2 months you are likely to need MRI scan of lumbosacral spine to evaluate things further. Thanks
