Ankle Sprain

Question

My ankle was twisted badly and i could not bear weight for almost 2 days and there was bruising and alot of swelling i had plaster caste on for 10 days and then start walking normally now its almost 1 month and some swelling is still there which is very hard solid what should i do now?

the best treatment for ligament tear and sprain is PRP (Platelet rich
plasma ) injections directly into affected tendon or ligament to heal it
but before that you need to have an MRI or Ultrasound of ankle
