I have diagnose with abc bone tumor on right femoral nick of hip joint dr says there is no option to heal with out operation but i have studied there are series of injection to heal up the bone with out need of surgery so what should i do please guide.is there any treatment available to cure the cyst with out operation /surgery please.

The best option is to do DHS fixation with bone or bone substitute augmentation. The success rate documented is 80 to 85%.

injection therapy has high failure rate and results are dependent on size of the cyst. it is very important that all cyst in proximity of neck of femur should be prophylactically fixed with dhs, before it collapses or post fall results in fracture. This is evidence based treatment and my practice experience agrees with it

don't go for wrong treatment because you are afraid.
you will not get second chance on this. if it fracture or you delay it too much, you will be getting bigger operation than simple fixation.
