i have pain in my right arm and hand for all the night.... due to this i can't sleep... plz let me know what should i do

Hello,
how long you have pain for? what part of the arm is painful?and do you need pins and needles in the arm? do you have any neck pain or injuries? it could be muscle of nerve pain, you would need be examined and assessed.
