Talk to Cancer Specialist / Oncologist on Vulva Issues

My grandmother is suffering from following issues of vulva since 8 months itching burning black dots area is turning into black color pain she is diabetic and pre cancer patient cancer was dignosed in bacha dani in 2006 she was treated in shaukat khanam hospitl lahore for 5 years and recoverd well. We consulted from gynocolgist she suggested to take advice from oncologist.

Could anyone suggest either these symptms are of vulva cancer or somethng else????
