Ovarian Cancer

Question

My mother is ovca patient stage 1c well differentiated last year her surgery and chemo was done but this year again she is going through all the situations she had local recurrence dr recommended her surgery we consulted shaukat khanam but they denied and said outside treated  
Can any doc ans plzzz....  What to do?????

Usually we will do chemo first and then surgery as needed.
