Asking for Father, Male, 69 years old, Karachi
My father has metastatic prostate cancer. PSA was 30 on medicines. Bilateral orchiectomy was done. PSA dropped. After 1.5 year, again began to rise. Then tab abiraterone was started. PSA dropped again. Now after 3 months it again has begun to rise from 0.02 to 0.2. Please suggest further plan of action. Thanks
