There are multifocal necrotic lesion in the right lobe of liver the largest one is measuring 10*8.5 cm in size in segment 5&7 another lesion of 7.5 cm in size in segment 8... these lesions are shown wash out on portal vein phase. Main portal vein and its branches are thrombosed
