Dear Rabia, there is no single diet plan for weight loss for all, it is person- specific. what is your height and what do you usually eat in a day? Any kind of exercise or walk in your routine?

Nothing a single habit can change your weight.. Its ur complete lifestyle.. First of all try not to skip any meal.. 2nd thing is stay hydrated 8 to 10 glass per day must and do 1 hour physical activity must on daily basis... Sleep 7 to 8 hours and have your dinner 3 hours before sleeping.. For details according to your age and height further inquires u must book an appointment with nutritionist..

First of all make your food record of three days then self assess it and cun un nessessary item for fifteen day it is the method for screing type of obesity if change in weight observed it means u have intake related obesity bt still u need continous help from dietitian
Hello, Rabia. Please cut down sugar from your diet and switch to whole grains. That means consume whole wheat roti and bread. Do not use Maida or baked products in excess. Walk for half an hour every day. Drink at least 8 glass water. You will notice a change after following these instructions. Please book a consultation session if you need more guidance.
