Dear ideally your weight should be around 59 kg as per your height which makes you only 3 kgs overweight

However, the body composition and bone structure does make a difference and if you have a small bone structure you will need to deduct 10% meaning approximately 6 kgs which will mean 9 kgs overweight.

Therefore a primary assessment and a personal consultation becomes very important.

I am available at Hameed Latif Hospital Monday through Saturday from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm.

You may visit whenever you are in Pakistan, meanwhile try to cut on your portion size and the amount of fat you are consuming in a daily routine.

Start brisk walking for 30 mins daily and put yourself in a proper routine meaning must have a schedule for eating, working and excerise.
