Maggi noodles are not healthy in any way, shape, or form.

You should schedule an appointment and learn what types of foods you should and should not be eating. I am conducting sessions online via Marham and Zoom if you are interested.

Don't include it on and on in your diet. Try to avoid packaged foods as much you can, as they are lack balanced proportion of nutrients, on the other way these type of foods have high level of salt and preservatives etc.

Aoa dear. Do not eat noodles in diet or mostly girls of your age eat noodles as a meal. They are not having good nutritional quality. That is a processed food having high salt concentrations that can lead to many diseases.

Don't overdo it. The extra salt in it will make you feel bloated. Book an online consultation session if you wish to lose weight through a customized diet plan.
