My baby is 6 month old n on breastfeed now started little solids.can i limit my calorie intake is it effect the milk production?? N can i use herb like curry patta cinamen etc in greentea?? N can i use 1 lemon daily?? Kindly guide
Yes you can limit your calories but have to replace them with milk. you can add green tea 2 cups per day, and 1 lemon daily if you are not sensitive.

You still need energy to meet RDA cutting with lead to weakness its important for mother to be nourished to provide adequate nutrition to baby
instead of limiting your calorie intake try taking nutrient dense diet + brisk walk for 190 mins per week and if your milk production is less use cumin seeds( zeera) on every food you eat and yess you could use lemon, cinnamon in green tea but not more than ½ cup
