i need some tips that can help me in weight loss, earlier this year i lost around 13 kg through boxing, but as soon as i left that training, i regained almost all weight i lost, what i have to do to keep my self in balance physique? my weight is 90kg and height is 5,8.
Start with 15-20 min walk then Jogging , Reduce Carbs from your diet add protein , Fruits and vegetables as Much you like
Eat high fiber diet to make you full so that you dont go for binge eating such as fruits,dals,vegetables, beans etc.
Eat slowly and gradually
cut all refine products in diet.
Drink lots of water.

Water almost 8 to 10 glasses
Daily diet includes
1st meal: 1 roti with salan
2nd meal: 1 roti with 4 eggs
3rd meal: 350 grams steamed chicken
Snacks : handful of peanuts and an apple
Dinner: cup of milk with ispghol
I do weight training for around 70 80 minutes daily for 5 days and hiking on weekend

So basically you will have to lose approximately 13 kgs to reach your adjusted body weight. You need to increase your fruit and vegetables intake and decrease the amount of meat and eggs which is way more than your requirement. Also, you need adjustments in your breakfast, lunch and dinner.
