Hi, I was having PCOS and was taking Glucophage but Alhamdullilah sb thk hogya hai ab. Sari reports thk ai hain and not taking any kind of medication. From the last 4 months, I am trying to lose weight. My height is 5'0 and weight is 68kg. I am also doing strict diet and 2 hours intense workout (sometimes 3 hours) but still, not a single kg is dropped. I need help but I can't afford proper nutritionist fees
