Weight Gain Issue

Question

Assalam o alikum. I am 26 year old and my height is 6 feet. 6-7 years ago my weight was 115kg. Then i reduced my weight. I didnâ€™t follow any diet plan or any exercise routine. I just started walk. My weight was reduced unconsciously. I lost 40kg of my weight that means after losing my weight it becomes 75kg. After that now from last one year my weight is gaining very rapidly and i am worried about it. Now my current weight is 105kg. I wan to reduce my weight. I think my metabolism is very week. Kindly guid me. Regrds.
