I am pre-diabetic diagnosed 2 months ago, so I start one hour daily walking but my concern is that I lost too much weight in last month or so, I measured my weight 3 weeks ago is 90kg,now is 77.5kg. I am concerned about this rapid weight loss, do you have any advise.

1. Pre diabetes is a known cause of weight loss
2. you must be in stress due to this diagnosis
3. you started walk
4. I am sure you must be over conscious about your food in last month
But the good news is, if you are not feeling any weakness this weight loss will be blessing for you.

You should go for CMC( complete medical check up) in authentic lab for diagnose the reasons

One hour work is too much being a prediabetic. Reduce your workout to only 20 to 25 minutes per day. Also, let me know your height so that your ideal body weight can be calculated. Also need to know your daily dietary intake.
Aoa.. you are pre-diabetic and weight loss is its main cause..don't worry you need proper diet plan to live healthy better life.. consult dietitian/nutritionist as soon as possible.
Rapid weightloss is a concern. Proper diabetic weight gain diet plan is needed ASAP.
