Eat apple it will increase your appitite. Divode your meal in 5 portions.3 main meals(Breakfast,lunch,dinner) +2 snacks. Eat 3 dates before half an hour of breakfast.Consume 1 glasd of whole milk in addidtion of your breakfast. Drink 1 glass of any fresh fruit juice as a morning or evening snack. Eat 10 almonds+ 2-3 figs and 1 tbsp of resins as morning or evening snack. Consume popcorn when watching tv or using phone. Drink 1 glass of whole milk at bed time.
