My son is 7 years old his weight is21kg and height 3feet 9 inches I want to consult some doctor in Islamabad who is expert in treating such issues like short stature and weight gain

I would strongly recommend you start him on vitamin D3 supplement by drops. Sundrop is available in Pakistan. If you are able to find vitamin K2 both work really well together. Also give him a quarter tab of CaC1000 or maybe less since he’s tiny. I need to see him personally to assess his dose for all the above recommendations.
He needs to have good nutrient dense diet for weight gain. You can book via Marham and come visit me in Islamabad after Eid so we start working on his weight gain. He needs meat, milk and nut butters to gain weight.

I need to see the child, since dosage in children in very tricky, too much can be toxic and too little won’t work. Also get his D3 and serum calcium levels checked and show me the child and the reports.

Have you tried giving him qeema or mashed form. Maybe in potato cutlets or something. Does he eats other things normally or he vomits most of what is eaten? Does he have GERD? Does he vomit everyday? How often does he poop and what is the consistency? What does his Normal diet look like? Is he on his milestones or behind them?
It can be done in any lab ( excel, Shifa, Islamabad diagnostic). It’s a very common test.

Yes he eats minced meat potato cutlets, he does not vomit. He poop twice daily

Atleast for 6 months. Measure and weigh him now, than after 6 months see how much he’s grown and than we can access if he still needs them.
