I am married. And pregnant with 19 weeks. My problem is I can’t eat mutton, chicken and beaf. Not in any form. And its being since i was 3 years old. I stopped eating these. I tried many times but I can’t chew any type/kind of meat. Now what should i do while i am also pregnant?? Does it affect my baby’s health?
