Dear sir/ma'am This is Hasnat Azam from Chakwal. i have a problem with my weight gaining.i am 21 years old and my weight is 42.i have tried alot of Dietary plans but they don't work at all. Basically i am a villager and you know very well every thing that realtes to my Diet is pure natural. But i can't gain my weight. I have consulted with my family Doc and he said that you have a prob with your genetics nothing else. so i want to know can i Gain my weight or not. And if it is possible then how?
