Well! I am on antibiotics, and i have heard it also kills good gut bacteria so what should i eat during ,after antibiotics.please name any specific food,fruit,grains etc easily available in Pakistan fot recovery because am feeling really lack of energy due to it.

You can yogurt which is available commonly as it is a good source o of probiotics i.e., your good gut bacteria. Moreover the lack of energy you’re facing might be due to your illness which can be eradicated by following a proper diet plan for which you can book an appointment. But before consuming yogurt even, you must specify the disease or illness you’re suffering from as yogurt consumption might be restricted in certain diseases.
Why r u taking antibiotics.... some antibiotics should eat on an empty stomach and othwrs with food... So u have to tell about your medical history

Yogurt is very good in this aspect. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables too. Use whole grain foods instead of refined ones.
hey! firstly, drink plenty of water while you are taking antibiotics.
Have probiotic sup before taking antibiotics, this will help you to cope up with diarrhoea and other side effects
Moreover, avoid fibre rich food while taking antibiotics, this will reduce the absorption level of antibiotics.
once your antibiotics course is over, you can eat fibre rich food (nuts, lentils , veggies etc) this will help in growth of healthy bacteria. Till than, use prescribe probiotic supplement and drink plenty of fluid. may you recover soon.
