Multivitamins

Question

I am a mother of 1 year old baby girl. I want to take some multivitamins. Need some doctor suggestion on can I take calcium+vit D supplements along with surbex Z (zinc+folate). Is is right to take both supplements together everyday or should I consume one at a time?

yes dear you can take them but the drinking plenty of water is must as well another product that i can recommend is multivit which can provide you all vitamins in one tab only

vitamin d is best taken after meals and surbex is recommended to take on empty stomach you can take both in a same day but not at the same time

yes, you can take both but not at once. all you need to be vigilant is  , use surbez z after meal , and folate in daytime after midmorning snacks

yes ofcourse but not together take Bonex-D with milk before meal (increase absorption rate) and Surbex-z after meal with water. empty stomach Surbex-z can diminishes your appetite.
