I am glad that you have approached for professional help regarding the weight issue. However I feel that there is no fastest route to lose weight. So its better that you seek professional help and consultations and first find out what is wrong with your dietary pattern and why you are gaining weight. Once you know that loosing weight would be easy for you. :) For now try to avoid deep fried items and Pizzas, Pastas because of their high carbohydrate content. Good Luck !

you need to start doing brisk walk after 2 hours of aftar
drink 8 glass of water from aftar to seher
avoid fried foods and start eating roti salan for seher and aftar
and for a complete diet plan we need your history
