There is never a one size fits all solution to weight management issues. It doesn't matter if a person needs to gain weight or lose weight. Both require modifying dietary and lifestyle habits, as well as dealing with any underlying psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, and severe stress. There also has to be self acceptance of your body's metabolism and natural tendencies. God has made us all different.
Due to the increased size of the stomach, majority of individuals who are morbidly obese can not overcome the sense of hunger that frequently occurs with trying to lose weight, and most do not succeed without surgical intervention such as gastric banding, gastric bypass, or sleeve gastrectomy procedures. Even with these procedures, behavioral modification is required or weight loss will be minimal or weight gain will reoccur. If you want to be different, you have to learn how to think and behave differently.
Work with a nutritional counselor to help develop a plan that is suitable for you. However, it requires that you make a commitment to the process. You can not attend one session, and expect to walk out the door and do everything perfectly from that point forward. Behavioural modification takes time. It isn't instantaneous. Change also has to be approached in the right way or a person reverts back to old habits. I conduct sessions online via Zoom and in person in Lahore. Injections or surgeries are not the right solution for obesity or losing weight as they have many side effects in the longer run. You need to get a proper Balanced Diet Plan for this issue so that you couldn't have any micro or macronutrients deficiencies in your body.

its not a good practise to use victoza for weight loss. this will lead to drastic weight gain . Thats why you are unable to maintain weight. Get your Calorie control diet inorder to maintain your healthy weight

The medicine you've mentioned are Lipotropic injections which can be use to treat morbid obesity but you can't take them without your consultant advice.
