Asking for Self, Male, 19 years old, Karachi
Aoa Doctor, I'm a 19 year old man, height is around 5' 11" and my weight is approx 75kgs. I used to be very skinny, just a year ago, my weight was 50 kgs. I gained weight over a year but I feel that the weight is due to excessive fat and not actual muscle. Now this fat is going to my abdomen and sides and I want to change that. I also want to shed the fat as I want to be fit. So 2 things, 1 is to shed the fat and second is to gain weight naturally.
I cannot go to a gym as financial issues are there. Please help.
P.S. I don't do any sport whatsoever. My normal routine is just going to university then going to teach and then home.
