Asking for Brother, Male, 33 years old, Lahore
My brother got tested and found with there is a severe deficiency of vitamin D3, lipid profile is disturbed mildly and LFTs are high slightly. He is non-diabetic and non-hypertensive.

Here are some tips to help you get enough vitamin D
- Take vitamin D supplements,cod liver oil according to doctor’s prescription
- 10-15 minute exposure to sunlight 2-3 days a week
- Eat vitamin D rich food such milk, yogurt, egg, nuts, fish, oatmeal
- Eat enough calcium rich food including dairy products, leafy vegetables, almonds
- Exercise regularly help you the better absorption of nutrients , help in production of vitamin D
- Avoid All the junk foods, bakery items, and too much oil foods
