Corn oil is basically 100% fat with 122 calories per tablespoon. It contains a high ratio of poly-unsaturated omega 6 that might not be a better option to be used daily therefore a reasonable better option would be of olive oil which is lesser in omega 6 fatty acid.

Never depend on just one oil. Use the oil most suited for the dish you are cooking, and keep the amount needed to a minimum.

corn oil isn't recommended for daily consumption because of its composition. I'd suggest you to opt canola oil or sunflower oil for daily consumption.
olive oil can also be used but it shouldn't be cooked and can be used as a dressing only.
