My mother was on diet now she had reduced her weight... but the issue is this that she wants to maintain her weight with a good diet... kindly guide the things which she should eat to avoid any deficiencies in her body and she can maintain her weight also...

eat green vegetables...beans ....fish....plenty of water...cornflakes
avoide meat,oily meal,sugar based food
take multivitamins (Tab Surbex T) one tablet daily

she should use skim milk , skimed yogurt also skimed tea , plus brown bread , and green tea twice a day , also eat veges salad with meal , dont eat fri food like samosa pakora ana all bakery item , she should prefer honey on simple sugar, avoid ghee and use oil like canola , olive oil , and should consume one fruit at 10 pm to avoid any defeciency ,
She should consume every food group. No restrictions. Try to avoid fried and bakery items. Try to have airfry foods or foods with a little oil. Consume meat twice a week, avoid beef, she can take chicken, mutton or fish. Eat fruits and veggies daily, consume kidney beans , and make sure her milk intake. She should consume home made fresh foods. Control portion size and avoid pakced foods including bakery. Add exercise or mild physical activity
Kindly share the current weight and height of your mother as it will be more appropriate to comment after calculating her Body mass index (BMI).
She should have been making modifications to her dietary and lifestyle habits during her weight loss journey that she could follow life long, and if she had done so she would already be eating the proper foods to maintain her weight and meet her vitamin/mineral needs.
