I would not recommend that you fast during pregnancy.
Have loads of veges and fruits, beef or chicken, milk yogurt and stay hydrated.
The choice is ultimately yours, but I personally do not recommend fasting while pregnant. The first trimester is extremely critical for the health and development of the fetus. However, if you opt to fast plan your diet very very carefully. Make sure you avoid all the fried and unhealthy foods that majority tend to eat in these days, as well as cold drinks, beverages with excessive sugar and artificial flavourings and artificial colours. Make sure you stay very well-hydrated between Iftar and Sehri. . If you don't, you will be risking the health of the fetus.
Try to have adequate diet with complete nutritional profile, drink water and try to be hydrated with slight physical activity.
Try to have lots of fruits and vegetables.
Keep your meals complete in nutritional profile.
Not recommend fasting.
Add fresh & healthy foods in your routine diet.
try to have nutrient dense foods in sehri and fruits and vegetables more
avoid sugary drinks and fried foods in aftar
but on safer side try to fast with interval or on alternate days
