Salam Dr. Meri 2 weaks pehly spine surgery hui hai L5 S1 ki.meri movement to thek hai lekin kuch dinu se taang main khichao feel ho raha hai. Kindly guide kr dain k ye koi serious issue to nai hai? Khichao ki Kya reason ho sakti hai???

It's very common post surgery.
Do regular walk on plane surface. Avoid bending and weight lefting.
