Talk to Neuro Physician on Stress And Anxiety

I don't know what this issue is. Whenever I am stressed, or someone yells at me, i feel ache in my chest that kinda produces some electric current type of feeling that travels to my both arms, till every finger tip. Both legs, till everything finger tip. After that i feel numbness in my whole body, followed by body pain and sometimes fever. It has increased now, i faced this 3 days back, due to some stress and someone shouted at me. Pain in my left arm got so bad that i was continuously digging my nails in my palm scatching and just digging nails in. they left bad marks. I even started chewing my hand because pain was unbearable and my hand was shivering so bad. I feel weaker and weaker after every time this happens. I don't know what it is and what i should do. I feel it's effecting my memory too, im losing weight and every thing feels weaker. Please guide. Thanks

Do u have these symptoms like numbness of hands just at the specific time. Or on other days too. When u feel relax... And secondly do have have associated neck pain
This is picture of anxiety and being emotionally weak.
You need to have an appointment for complete neuropsychological history and examination and may need counseling session with a psychiatrist/psychologist.

Numbness is just experienced when i am stressed. Not specifically neck pain. But yes severe shoulder pain is a problem too, that too happens when in stress

OK. Most probably relevant to anxiety. But I wud suggest u do serum vit D levels too.

I got it checked last time in January . It was in normal range. It's always normal. I can get new reports if you require them.
