There are many causes for these blackouts. It can range from minor to major like anemia (khoon ki kami), hypotension/ hypertension ( blood pressure) and arrhythmias (heart issues). Please get your CBC and ECG done as initial work up. It needs detailed assessment through history and examination. Please take appointment via marham.

it has short history so probably it can be due to sinusitis although need proper history and examination to reach to the diagnosis
