Numbness And Pain In Left Arm

Question

I have been having pain in left arm from quite a few days the pain has a very numb feeling to it i went to a dr. He gave me synflex and muscoril for three days i was ok while taking medicines but now after three days numbness has started again and i feel pain in my left side of neck also now i am also feeling tired and fatigued without any reason, i wanted to ask which specialist should i consult for this problem if it persists longer
