IS SHE a diagnosed case of MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS ?

if yes then needs proper hx to evaluate either it's a relapse of symptoms of MS OR
there is second pathology regarding her neck spasm with numbness.

consult online for detail hx and tx of her present symptoms .

till then you can take :

tab rotec 75 mg , one tab two times a day
tab musidin 4 mg , one tab two times a day.
tab lingab 75 mg , one tab at night.
