Talk to Neuro Physician on Lower Back Pain
Asking for Self, Male, 21 years old, Multan
A.a I am suffering from back pain for more than 3 months I am taking medicine and doing bed rest as well. I am a web developer and I have to sit for 8 to 9 hours a day to complete my work. When I do rest pain disappeared but when I sit back to do my work it starts hurting again. Can anyone please tell me what I should I do to get rid of this Pain. Thanks!
