Talk to Neuro Physician on Headache

I have TTH - tension type headache since last 9 months during that period i visited neurologist and he advised me to use tryptanol for 3 month and during the period i feel much relaxed and i gradually make withdraw from it. Now after almost one month of withdraw i am having headache like burden on my head, mostly in the evening...Please suggest some solution.
